Played football, cricket and now golf. Currently President of the Jersey Football Association

Profession:
Main career in financial services (mostly with Midland Bank/HSBC in London and Jersey). Now a director on a number of boards.

Hobbies:
Playing golf, watching sport, travelling.
As well as being Chairman of the 2015 OC Committee and President of the Jersey Football Association, Phil is also Chairman of the Jersey Citizens Advice Bureau
